What a difference a week or two of constant exercising makes - wow. I'm heading towards my period this Friday, but after working out frequently last week and the week before with a pretty good diet too I am feeling SO good right now, and even feeling positive for the future (with no rational reason to feel this way as I don't really have much going on on the job front or otherwise).

This is so, so important - it's all in the basics when you want to improve your well being. I need to print this out and put it up on the wall so that I can see it first thing every single morning :)
